Minha Casa Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services within the state of Georgia. Services must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices are clearly displayed during booking.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
4. No Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality service. However, due to the nature of our work:
Once a cleaning service is completed, no refunds will be issued.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue (e.g., re-cleaning specific areas).
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth cleaning experience, clients must:

Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.

Inform us in advance of any special instructions, hazards, or areas to avoid.
Failure to comply may result in a shortened service or cancellation without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Damages caused by pre-existing conditions in the property.

Wear and tear or accidental breakage of fragile items not disclosed before the service.

Service delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, power outages).
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Minha Casa Cleaning and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
